Welcome to Mathara. By using our platform you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Company information
    This platform is operated by:
    Matmedlassen II ApS
    Danish company registration (CVR): 44179474
    Dybbølsgade 25, 1. th

  2. What the service includes
Mathara offers online maths help through:
    • Video lessons
    • Quizzes and practice questions
    • AI-based maths help
You can choose between a free version with limited access and a paid subscription at £4.99/month (or £41.99/year), which gives access to all content.
  3. Audience and access
The service is open to everyone, but the content is aimed at students working towards their GCSEs. You create a personal account and access the service through our online platform.
  4. Liability and pass guarantee
We work hard to make sure all content is correct. Should an error appear in a video or a question, we take full responsibility and fix it as quickly as possible.
Note: No refunds are given for previous payments as a result of errors.
We offer a pass guarantee: if you fail maths, we refund your subscription, provided you send a video of your exam certificate where your name is clearly visible.
  5. Intellectual property
All content on Mathara (videos, quizzes, AI help, etc.) is owned by Matmedlassen II ApS and may not be downloaded, copied or distributed.
Your access is strictly personal and only valid through the platform.
  6. Payment and cancellation
The subscription costs £4.99/month (or £41.99/year) and is paid by card.
You can cancel at any time.
Your subscription runs for 30 days from the date you pay.
Example: sign up on 7 August → access until 7 September.
No refunds are given for the remaining period when you cancel.
  7. Use of your account
Your account is personal and may not be shared with friends, classmates or anyone outside your household. Platform features such as statistics and personalised learning paths do not work correctly when an account is shared.
Exception: a household may use one account for its own children, with the caveat that individual tracking is no longer possible.
  8. Misuse and account closure
If we suspect misuse (for example sharing a login with several people or a whole class), we reserve the right to suspend or close the account without further notice.
  9. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the Danish courts.
  10. Privacy policy
You can read our privacy policy here: Privacy Policy
  11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the platform. Continued use of the service counts as acceptance of the changes.
